Our Commitment

By registering for online Quran classes at Nur Academic for yourself or your child, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:

• Free Trial Classes: Upon successful completion of the free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue with the classes at Nur Academic.
• Payment Terms: If you choose to continue, the charges must be paid on the due date. Monthly charges are paid in advance, at the end of every month for the following month. If the payment is not made on time, classes will be paused until the payment is received.
• Overdue Payments: Nur Academic reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any explanation.
• Class Reservation: If you wish to hold the classes and plan to resume with the same instructor at a later time, Nur Academic will charge a reservation fee for the instructor’s slot.
• Absences: Any leave taken is considered paid. There will be no make-up classes for absences, as long as the same schedule and instructor are maintained. We cannot accommodate make-up classes for more than 5 consecutive days due to the instructor's availability.
• Missed Classes: If a pupil misses a class without prior notice (except in emergencies), no make-up class will be arranged. Make-up classes may be arranged at another time with the same or a different instructor, based on availability.
• Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a class, you must inform the instructor via email 24 hours in advance.
• Absence for Two Weeks: If a pupil remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, Nur Academic reserves the right to cancel the classes. No refund will be provided as per our Terms of Service.
• Privacy: Do not share your personal contact information (such as phone number, email, or address) or payment details with any instructor. Nur Academic will not be held responsible for any misuse.
• Instructor Changes: Nur Academic reserves the right to change instructors at any time for quality tutoring purposes. If an instructor resigns or is terminated, a new instructor will be assigned to the pupil. Nur Academic will not be responsible for any issues arising from direct contact with the previous instructor.
• Fee Increases: Nur Academic reserves the right to increase charges at the end of each year. The fee increase will be approximately 6-7% of the current fee.
• Confidentiality: Do not discuss payment details or share your contact information with instructors. Nur Academic will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from such actions.
• Eid Leave: Eid leave on both occasions is considered paid leave for the instructors. No other holidays are observed. Eid leaves are included in the monthly fees, and no make-up classes or refunds will be offered for these leaves.
  
• Terms of Service Revisions: Nur Academic may revise these Terms of Service & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
  

These Terms of service and conditions are applicable to all pupils for online Quran classes.
